Leptomycin B does not alter localization of the PARP-2 mutant K36/37R. HEK293T cells were transfected with HA-tagged wild type (wt) PARP-2 (upper panel) or with the mutant K36/37R (lower panel) and treated with Leptomycin B (LMB) to inhibit nuclear export, followed by immunofluorescence as described in Fig. 2.
