The inflammatory cytokine profiles of LPS-stimulated macrophages. The ASCs and thioglycolate-elicited macrophages were transwell co-cultured and incubated for another 24 hours in the presence of 30 ng/ml LPS. The macrophage cells were collected, and total RNA was extracted for real-time PCR quantification of inflammatory cytokines IL-1α, IL-1β, TNFα, IL-6 and IL-10.
