(C) In the yeast two-hybrid binding assay, the yeast reporter line (AH109) was co-transformed with plasmids encoding the SIRT1 catalytic domain and various zyxin deletion mutants on a 4-DO (drop out) medium. The line was photographed after 14 days of incubation.
