BMP9 regulates HTR-8/SVneo cell apoptosis by regulating the SDF1/CXCR4 pathway. After transfection of pcDNA3.1-BMP9 and si-SDF1 plasmids for 24 h, the level of apoptosis was measured. (A) Apoptosis ratio was tested by flow cytometry.
