BMP9 inhibited apoptosis of HTR-8/SVneo cells. After transfection of pcDNA3.1-BMP9 and si-BMP9 plasmids for 24 h, the level of apoptosis was measured. (A) Apoptosis ratio was detected by flow cytometry.
