Cdc11 localization to microtubule does not require Gip1. (A) Sporulating wild-type cells were transferred to sporulation medium containing benomyl (120 μg/ml) (cells 1–3) or DMSO (cells 4–5) for 15 min and stained with anti-Cdc11 antibody and DAPI.
