From: Identification and characterization of Iporin as a novel interaction partner for rab1
Tissue-specific expression of Iporin mRNA. A 12-lane multiple-tissue Northern blot was hybridized with a specific 32P-labeled cDNA probe for Iporin. Each lane contains approximately 2 μg of poly A+ from various tissues. The blot was exposed to an X-ray film for 17 h at -80°C with an amplifying screen. To confirm equal loading, the membrane was re-hybridized with a radiolabeled probe specific for β-actin mRNA.
